Meet Michael, our new “inhouse” Fitness instructor, bringing a fresh approach to fitness here at ROF59 with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He’s our rising star!
With a new selection of classes, days, times and now even 1:1’s & 2:1’s we are sure there is something for everybody.
Exercise and physical activity fall into four basic categories—endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Most people tend to focus on one activity or type of exercise and think they’re doing enough. Each type is different, though. Doing them all will give you more benefits. Mixing it up also helps to reduce boredom and reduce your risk of injury.
Michael can also work with you to write 8-10 week programmes to suit your needs helping you get what you want to get out of fitness, be it weight-loss, strength, stamina, etc. *
*Written programmes come at an extra cost if not a member/ are included in memberships.
Tuesday: 7pm-8pm Circuits with Michael, a mix of exercises working all parts of the body increasing strength, co-ordination, and resilience.
Wednesday: 7pm-8pm BOOTCAMP includes a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class.
Thursday: 7pm-7:30pm, 7:30pm-8pm, 30min sessions – HITT Sessions – Time is one of our most precious resources and we never seem to have enough of it. Some days, it might be easy to skip a workout because you feel that you might not have enough time to make it worthwhile. But you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to see results—you simply need to make sure that the time you do spend exercising is as efficient and effective as possible. HIIT is a combination of brief, very-high intensity bursts of cardio exercise followed by equal or longer periods of rest.
Saturday: 10am-11am Fitness for beginners – a mix of fitness styles for those starting out in fitness or just wanting something a little less hardcore.
11am-12am: EXTREME FITNESS using everything our centre has to offer to ensure you get the most out of this work out. From trampolines to climbing walls and everything in between, this session is sure to make you sweat.
